The 2011 Allied Catalog showcases more than 120,000 products from over 300 industry-leading suppliers. The Automation & Control section of the catalog was expanded this year and given new divisions to make it easier for engineers and buyers to find these products. In addition, Allied expanded its offering of Ethernet communications, wireless I/O product, industrial cabinet & enclosures and passive components. Also new this year, Allied added Military Standard 38999 connectors to its offering.
The latest Allied Catalog features products from several new suppliers, including Hoffman Enclosures, Schroff, APEM, McLean Cooling Technology, Silvertronic, Traco Power, Amveco, Wamco, Arcoelectric, Kingbright, Laird Technologies, Glenair and IRC.
“The 2011 Allied Catalog is a great desktop tool that gives engineers access to a wide range of the latest technologies,” said Lee Davidson, president of Allied. “Engineers continue to turn to the Allied catalog to research electronic component solutions, as it is a precursor to all that is available on alliedelec.com.”
The new Allied catalog also meets Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) certification. All paper used in the catalog was obtained from the SFI program, which integrates the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the protection of wildlife, plants, soil, water and air quality.
The 2011 Allied Catalog will also be available in an online format. To request a free copy of the 2011 Allied Catalog, visit www.alliedelec.com.
