AYER, Massachusetts – April 16, 2009 – Hybricon Corporation, a world class solutions company providing integrated system solutions, electronic enclosures, backplanes, card cage assemblies and subsystem interconnect packaging for military, telecom, medical, and commercial applications has joined the OpenVPX Industry Working Group.
The OpenVPX Industry Working Group, comprised of over 20 leading technology companies working together, is fast-tracking a VPX System Specification that defines system level interoperable architectures, leveraging the existing VPX specifications. The OpenVPX Industry Working Group is working closely with VITA, and once completed, the specifications will be submitted to VITA to complete the standardization process.
