Camden/London, UK, October 2008 – The AdoptSMT Group has announced the appointment of Barry Clark as Managing Director for its London based AlternativeSMT group. With this appointment the European specialist and market leader for used SMT equipment has filled a key role in the business as the AdoptSMT Group looks forward to growth in the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Barry brings with him a wealth of experience, having been involved for more than 26 years in the sales of capital equipment and automation – with tons of experience in the electronics industry, and being with Universal Instruments Corporation for more than 10 years in the position of customer support Manager for all of Europe, Africa and also the Middle East. Most recently he was involved in the restructure of UIC in Europe, running all their pre-and post sales activities.
