Dayton, OH (May, 2005) – ITCN, Inc., an industry pioneer in Synchronized Instrumentation, has been awarded Air Force Contract FA8523-05-C-0033 by the Electronic Warfare Systems Group at Robins AFB, Georgia. The contract is to provide engineering services support for C-TAC Systems, which are being used in the development of Operational Flight Programs for the AN/ALR-69, AN/ALQ-135, AN/ALQ-155, AN/ALQ-172 and the Royal Saudi Air Force AN/ALQ-135. The basic period of performance will be 12 months with three one-year option periods.

ITCN will provide engineering support both in-plant and at the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility (EWAISF) and the Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) facility at Robins AFB including: C-TAC Familiarization, C-TAC Software Maintenance, C-TAC Hardware Maintenance, Technical Support via telephone/email, On-Site Support and Documentation Control.

The C-TAC Embedded System Analyzer provides unrivaled capabilities in the area of Real-Time Non-Intrusive (RTNI) embedded system monitoring. The C-TAC combines key features of a data acquisition system, in-circuit emulator (ICE), logic analyzer and bus analyzer in one system; and allows the user to filter and monitor data from multiple locations within the embedded system simultaneously. All of the data is time correlated and stored for use with the post-run analysis package that is an integral part of the C-TAC System. The user software is a Windows Based Graphical User Interface (GUI) that makes test setup and post-run analysis a simple task.

“The C-TAC systems have been supporting EWAISF/ECISAP programs since the late ‘90s and ITCN has been pleased to add engineering support and maintenance. This new contract will allow us to continue this important work “ said Roy Penwell, ITCN President.

ITCN is the designer and manufacturer of the C-TAC System.
