Mansfield, Texas, USA – November 14, 2005 – Mouser Electronics, the fastest growing distributor in North America, announced today the release of its fourth components catalog of 2005, No. 624, featuring 1,652 pages of the newest products and latest technologies from well over 300 premiere electronic component suppliers.

Mouser Electronics is the only distributor in the industry to publish a new catalog every 90 days. Due to the constant evolution of new products, new technologies, as well as new applications for existing products, there is a continuous expansion of catalog pages. This latest catalog alone contains 79 additional pages of new product information. In addition, 15 pages of end-of-life products were deleted. Over the last 12 months – a typical catalog cycle for most distributors — Mouser has added more than 600 pages of new product data to its print catalog.

The New Products pages consist of the new products and new technologies from ST Micro, Silicon Labs, NEC, Rabbit Semiconductor, Molex, NKK Switches, and many other suppliers, as well as new products from the recent addition of premiere suppliers such as Freescale, Lattice Semiconductor, Sharp Microelectronics, Oki Semiconductor, and Syfer Technologies.

“Mouser is focused on supplying our customers with the newest products and the latest, most innovative technologies available today,” said Mouser President Glenn Smith. “By publishing a brand new catalog every 90 days, we give our customers a time-to-market advantage that no other distributor in the industry can offer.”

With an annual circulation of over one million, the new catalog contains more than 115,000 parts and is designed to work in concert with Mouser’s on-line catalog, which now features over half a million products, more than 400,000 data sheets, and in excess of 1.5 million cross-references.

“Mouser is dedicated to being first to deliver to the newest products and technologies to our customers,” Smith said, “as well as the best technical customer service possible – regardless of the size of the customer or the size of the order.”

Mouser is well-known for its outstanding customer service and support for well over 100,000 business accounts. The company’s streamlined process includes excellent technical support and same-day shipping on most orders received from 7 am – 8 pm Central Standard Time.
