Santa Clara, Calif.—November 30, 2005—Landrex Technologies, Inc. and ZD Test, Inc. (an affiliate of Zero Defects Int’l) today announced a strategic global partnership agreement that covers both companies’ electrical test fixture businesses, including backplane and PCBA fixtures for MDA, in-circuit, and functional test.

As a result of the agreement, Landrex and ZD Test will jointly market, sell, manufacture, and distribute electrical test fixtures to customers around the world. The partnership gives electronics manufacturers access to worldwide fixture design, manufacturing, and support services, combined with a single point of contact and local support.

ZD Test CEO Paul Benke added, “Landrex has a long and highly regarded history in the ICT and functional test fixture business, especially in Asia. ZD Test, correspondingly, has a well-established reputation for backplane test fixturing, primarily in North America.”
