Executives hired include Michael Carucci, William DeMaso and C. Joseph McNeily – all proven professionals with over 80 years of combined experience in the government marketplace.
Mr. Carucci has been named Associate Vice President, Public Sector. With over 28 years of experience, including 17 years of service in the Navy, Mr. Carucci has held positions at HandySoft, IBM, SAP and Sybase, implementing his experience in change management, business process re-engineering, strategic consulting and IT sales and service.
Mr. DeMaso, named Director of Defense Programs, served 24 years in the Air Force where he retired as the Vice Wing Commander of the 23rd Wing and most recently worked as a Senior Program Analyst for Gemini Industries. Mr. DeMaso’s service provided him a unique understanding of defense program and operational requirements.
Mr. McNeily, named Associate Vice President for Capture Management, brings over 30 years of experience to iGATE’s Public Sector Team. Having held previous positions at Metters, Day & Zimmermann, and CACI, Mr. McNeily is a skilled leader at energizing high-profit growth within the federal market.
