Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces the new Model 5529 Single Channel 3-State, Cat5e RJ45 Network Switch with keylock actuator to insure secure switch operation. This unit is ideal for video conference rooms requiring secure communications.
The Model 5529 features Cat5e performance and permits signal to pass uninterrupted in the SVCN and GPCN positions or isolates in/out copper in the OFFLINE position. The switch position for Model 5529 is controlled via front panel keylock actuator and the key can only be removed in the OFFLINE position. Users can link this model to the Model 5527A Display Indicator unit for a robust conference communications switching system.
