Aicas will support its JamaicaVM, a hard real-time Java Virtual Machine, on Curtiss-Wright’s open architecture rugged COTS Single Board Computers and Graphic cards, with additional support for CWCDS Continuum Vector Libraries utilizing Altivec technology. These products are used in embedded systems designed for use in demanding defense and aerospace applications. JamaicaVM is optimized for critical systems such as real-time control, network communication, and human-machine interfaces (HMI).
