POLYRACK introduces the new enclosure series EmbedTEC with a high degree of flexibility in its

dimensions and parameters. EmbedTEC has been primarily developed for Embedded Computing

and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), but can be utilized for all fields of applications in the

market.

The new enclosure concept is a perfect and flexible development platform for literally all your

ideas – but still maintains the high characteristics for EMC, design and industrial demands. By

the nature of its design EmbedTEC enables short development cycles but also allows cost-

effective manufacturing for small and mid-size applications.

EmbedTEC consists of a basic plate, 4 design corner elements and a cover. The corner elements,

the basic plate as well as the cover allow the dimensional freedom for an individual design. In

addition the basic plate and the cover can be modified for mounting of components or extension

elements. The construction of the cover allows for the integration of a functional part such as a

heat sink. Enhanced shielding requirements are also foreseen and can be individually added as

required.

Material

– Basic plate and corner elements in aluminum

– Cover in stainless steel or steel as an option

Surface Finishing

– Basic plate and corner elements powder-coated or

anodized/alodined as an option
