Eurocom announces pricing of Initial Public Offering

OTAWA, Ontario, Canada – Eurocom today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 400 000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public at $20 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ on April 1, 2014 under the symbol “EM”. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on April 16, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
