Curtiss-Wright’s Parvus networking systems are currently deployed on a previous generation of the USMC’s amphibious assault vehicle. Under this upgrade program, newer AAV vehicles will be outfitted with Cisco IOS-based Parvus solutions that provide enhanced, comprehensive security and networking features. The Curtiss-Wright products covered by the contract are listed on the DoD Unified Capabilities Approved Product List (APL) and validated for DoD agency worldwide use for information assurance and interoperability.

The Defense Solutions division manufactured the products covered by this agreement at its facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah. The products were shipped to US Navy SPAWAR in Hanahan, S.C.
