Designers of embedded aerospace technology systems from flight controls to avionics displays to engine monitoring systems to in-flight entertainment systems face increasing pressures to reduce development time and in turn reduce labor and long-term life cycle costs all while enhancing performance. To overcome these challenges they often turn to innovative software tools and solutions that focus on simulation, open source tools, life cycle management, and building Internet of Things (IoT) platforms.
