MINNEAPOLIS – March 21, 2016 — Atrenne Integrated Solutions® announced today that it has sold substantially all of the assets and liabilities of Photo Etch to Firan Technology Group Corporation.
“Atrenne Integrated Solutions has evolved rapidly over the last 18 months, re-focusing on our core businesses and positioning ourselves as a premier supplier of rugged integrated electromechanical systems for harsh environments,” said Jan Erik Mathiesen, Atrenne’s Chief Executive Officer. “Additionally, the transaction enables us to position ourselves for sustained growth by investing in new product development. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Photo Etch designs and manufactures a full portfolio of integrally lit displays, control panels, electronic assemblies and simulator solutions.
