Compliant with the IEEE 802.3z standard, and possessing 1000BASE-SX hot-swappable function, the NETGEAR compatible transceiver can add fiber connectivity for NETGEAR switches such as the FSM750S, FSM726S and FSM726. It operates on ordinary multimode fiber (MMF) with optic link spans up to 1815ft long. All of GAO’s NETGEAR compatible transceivers have been well tested and subjected to stringent quality control procedures.
