ANDOVER, Mass. ∠Feb. 19, 2019 ∠Mercury Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY, www.mrcy.com), announced it received follow-on orders of $3.3 million from a leading defense prime contractor for high-performance secure processing microelectronics integrated into an advanced weapons application. The orders were booked in the Company’s fiscal 2019 second quarter and are expected to be shipped over the next several quarters.

Mercury’s entire portfolio of trusted digital microelectronics offerings is designed and manufactured in the Company’s Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA)-accredited Advanced Microelectronics Center in Phoenix, Ariz. All of Mercury’s digital microelectronics for weapons applications have been precision-engineered to achieve optimum size, weight and power while providing assured performance in the harshest operating environments.

“Mercury is uniquely positioned in the defense industry to supply affordable, custom microelectronics for the taxing operating environments of modern weapons,” said Iain Mackie, Vice President and General Manager of Mercury’s Microelectronics Secure Solutions group. “Our Advanced Microelectronics Centers are honored to continue delivering the highest quality microelectronics for critical military programs protecting our interests around the globe.”
