The opening represents an important milestone, as Reflex Photonics has been actively looking to strengthen its American offering by increasing its local presence. The sales and technical support office will allow the company to better serve the needs of our rapidly expanding customer base. The new office will enable the company to interact more directly with customers, understand their specific needs, and stay current on the evolving applications in each market.
Furthermore, Reflex Photonics announces that Mr. Ken Agren will join this new office as field application engineer and US operations manager. Mr. Agren has accumulated more than 25 years experiences, as field application engineer and as sale manager, in the high-tech sector, selling and supporting complex solutions for the military, aerospace and medical markets.
