High Frequency Hermetic Interconnect

Precision Hermetic Technology, has developed enhanced capabilities to manufacture high-bandwidth, high frequency, hermetic interconnect with glass-to-metal seal reliability, for military and aerospace ruggedized applications.

Offering both plug and receptacle matched impedance tailored solutions, these connectors are ideally suited for high-speed, thermal sensitive electronics used in ground based, undersea and airborne systems.

COTS and customized versions of Mil-C-38999, Mil-C-5015, Mil-C-26482, Mil-C-26500, and Mil-C-83723 circular designs are available, as well as various other types of rectangular styles meeting Mil-C-24308, Mil-C-28748 and Mil-C-83513 requirements. Material flexibility includes Stainless Steel, Titanium, Kovar, Inconel, Monel, Copper Alloy, Platinum, and lightweight Aluminum options.

Since 1989 Precision Hermetic has manufactured glass-to-metal seal interconnect products serving a variety of customers. Our mission is, “to be our customers best supplier” in markets with diverse applications in military and commercial aircraft, missile and air defense systems, ship-borne systems, underwater and submersible devices, high-reliability batteries, radio frequency communications, oil and gas, pyrotechnic, cryogenic, medical, instrumentation and industrial controls, as well as mission critical space and other harsh environment type programs.
