San Diego, Calif – January 23, 2012- Over the past 16 years, defense and industrial customers have trusted Chassis Plans to provide high quality integrated rugged computer systems for their demanding industrial and military requirements. The company name “Chassis Plans” does not adequately reflect the company’s system integration capabilities. As such, Chassis Plans is announcing a new identity as CP Systems to clearly communicate their specialty in configured computing system solutions.

The new CP Systems website at www.chassis-plans.com has been redesigned to offer a more systems-centric product offering with a broad line of standard integrated systems offered. These standard systems have been pre-qualified using only long-life revision controlled components to assure availability through multi-year project lifecycles. CP Systems rugged rackmount LCD keyboard and panel mount LCD displays offer grade-A panels and best-of-class controllers to provide long life consistent product availability and a robust feature set.

CP Systems ISO 9001:2008 certification has been tailored to a systems definition and integration model to assure our customers the highest quality and system consistency in the industry.

CP Systems is pleased to roll out this new identity at AFCEA West 2012, January 24 – 26, in San Diego. CP Systems will exhibit in booth 711 showcasing several new rugged computers, rugged rackmount LCD displays and transit case systems.

“The name Chassis Plans reflects our roots as an engineering driven company providing custom chassis designs for our customers. However, it did not adequately communicate our true core systems competency that virtually all our customers take advantage of; that being completely configured and tested rugged computing systems.” said Marc DeMatteo, President of CP Systems. “The introduction of CP Systems corresponds to our new product releases in the rugged computing and LCD market space.”
