BROCKTON, MA, January 25, 2005 – Aurora Technologies, Inc. officially announces that its name has changed to the Fabric and Connectivity Division of Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, a US business unit of Carlo Gavazzi Holdings of Switzerland.

The Fabric & Connectivity Division continues to expand its connectivity products focusing on Switch Fabric/StarFabric technologies, emerging PICMG standards, and Linux, while enhancing its CompactPCI, PCI, and SBus legacy serial products for the Sun marketplace, including:

• System Expansion Solutions

• StarFabric-to-PCI Products

• Console Management Software and Systems

• Sync & Async Multiport Serial Controllers and Servers
