March 18, 2009 — OpenSystems Media (OSM), LLC today announced the first Embedded Tweetup at Embedded Systems Conference Silicon Valley. On Tuesday, March 31, and Wednesday, April 1, OSM will host Embedded Tweetup at BOOTH #2229 and give away one Eye-Fi Card each day. The Eye-Fi card is a nifty new gadget that connects your camera or video camera wirelessly to your computer.
“Embedded Tweetup is just another way OpenSystems Media is engaging with our readers and vendors, said Patrick Hopper, Vice President of Marketing. It is an excellent opportunity to hook up with fellow engineers and discuss topics related to the embedded space.
Don Dingee, editorial director, and Christine Long, digital content manager, will moderate the Embedded Tweetup with a brief introduction to OSMs new Hypermag, Video Library, and industry-leading webcasts. Then the fun will begin: One person will be selected each day to win a Eye-Fi Card (webshare your photos and videos wirelessly via your camera).
