ANTOS announces an OS Developers Kit which loads and links PE format EXE’s at run-time. Executables are very small as the subset of the standard “C” library provided, is resident after boot-up. The user can see the full 4G of RAM at ring 0 with access to all I/O ports. No BIOS calls or real-mode code is run after the MBR boot. The writing of Interrupt functions is supported. IDE and floppy drivers are included. Download the beta floppy image at www.ocos-os.com, free of charge.
