SPRINGFIELD, Va.–August 14, 2007 – Cornet Technology, Inc. announced today that it was awarded an IDIQ D contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) of the U.S. Navy in the amount of $930K. This award is to provide a replacement processor for the SBS Power Sandia VME single board computer, which is currently in use in the Navy’s shipboard IFF System AN/UPX-24(V) F/C 5 as well as other secondary systems.
Under the one base year, three optional year contract, Cornet Technology will provide NAWCAD with its Power PC offering which addresses all the contract requirements. The first order has been received.
