Under the terms of the acquisition, OpenSystems Media will obtain rights to the e-mail lists, RSS feeds, websites, and other assets of Online Destiny’s EmbeddedStar.com, FPGABlog.com, EDABlog.com, and EDAGeek.com properties.
Incorporating Online Destiny’s resources into the OpenSystems Media portfolio furthers the company’s readership and expands the company’s lead generation capabilities, enabling clients to extend their influence on the embedded marketplace.
