Honeywell Launches New HMR3601 Three Axis Digital Compass Solution

Honeywell is proud to announce the launch of the new HMR3601. The HMR3601 is a three-axis digital compass solution with 0.5 degree typical heading accuracy and unique gyro stabilization to reduce effects of magnetic disturbances.

• Serial data interface- Asynchronous RS-232 interface, 4800 to 38400 bps.

• Small size and low weight for miniaturized applications- Compact Solution in a 1” x 1.04” x 0.54” module.

• Rugged construction- Designed for high mechanical shock tolerance.

Recommended applications include heading for handheld / worn optics, wearable information systems, vehicle heading, target locator heading, antenna pointing, weather station heading and UAV/AUV heading.
