CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
The appraisal confirms that Curtiss-Wright has put in place improved management of technical processes, organized methods for process engineering, and established continuous process improvement for technical programs. Combined, these enhanced processes help to increase the Company’s resource efficiency, while lowering customer product and program lifecycle costs.
