Mr. Coffin has extensive experience in the Government marketplace. With over 28 years of experience, including 14 years of service in the Air Force, Mr. Coffin has spent the last 14 years working with IT companies serving the Government, including Adelphia Business Solutions; Institute for Defense Analyses, a nonprofit serving the Defense and Space industry; and Celtiq LLC, where he served as President/CEO.

Mr. Coffin earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and a Master of Science in Public Administration from the University of Dayton. He also holds a variety of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and certifications from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
