GE Fanuc Embedded Systems Completes Acquisition of Radstone Technology PLC

GE Fanuc Embedded Systems, a unit of General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of UK-based Radstone Technology PLC. The combination of Radstone with GE Fanuc Embedded Systems extends the company’s line of embedded computer products that enable prime contractors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to serve the Military and Aerospace segments.

Under the terms of the transaction, Radstone Technology PLC shareholders will receive 410 pence per share payable in cash, for a total consideration of approximately 130.4 million pounds. Radstone is headquartered in Towcester, UK and operates facilities in Milton Keynes and Bracknell, UK; Ottawa, Canada; Billerica, Massachusetts and Centennial, Colorado, USA.
