Utilizing JEDEC standard 1.8V I/O (SSTL_18-Compatible), this 1.650” module height is perfect for space-constrained applications. Also supporting the current embedded computing platforms, such as AdvancedTCA, ATCA-AMC, CompactPCI, and VME, the 2GB DDR2 ECC-registered SO-RDIMM is available lead-free with speed ranges of PC2-3200, PC2-4200, or PC2-5300, and can support commercial and expanded temperature ranges.

“Virtium’s 2GB DDR2 ECC-registered SO-RDIMM was developed out of necessity to satisfy the many customers clamoring for such a solution,” said Phan Hoang, Director of Product Development & Chief Engineer for Virtium Technology. “With the introduction of this technology, we now offer a truly unique advantage for high-performance memory applications – enabling OEMs to differentiate themselves with space-saving designs that include extra features and performance.”
