Spectra DTP4700L is the latest addition to PrismTech’s Spectra DTP family of Radio Frequency (RF) capable Software Communications Architecture (SCA) development systems. The DTP4700L covers the frequency range 30MHz – 1600MHz making it compatible for development activities with lower frequency military waveforms such as MUOS, HAVEQUICK and SATURN.

Spectra DTP4700 is an optimized, small form-factor platform with low power consumption which is ideally suited to the Size, Weight and Power (SWaP) constraints of next generation Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) SDR environments. The DTP4700 is a Linux based platform that comes complete with the SCA 2.2.2 compliant Spectra Core Framework, CORBA®-compliant Spectra ORB middleware, and SCA platform device software.

Spectra DTP4700 platforms are fully supported by PrismTech’s market leading Spectra CX tool for SCA component modeling, code generation and compliance validation.

“Adding a low frequency option to the award winning Spectra DTP4700 allows PrismTech to offer customers a development and test platform for a broad range of waveforms,” said Steve Jennis, SVP Corporate Development and SDR, PrismTech. “Developers will benefit from this easy to use, single vendor, fully integrated COTS solution.”
