Chelmsford, MA — May 4, 2005 — TEK Microsystems, Inc. announced today that Paul Martino has joined the Company as vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Martino will head the Company’s sales, marketing, and customer support functions. His initial focus will be to build the Company’s worldwide sales and field applications organizations and expand distribution channels.
An embedded systems industry veteran, Mr. Martino has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service. He has held leadership roles at Mercury Computer Systems, CETIA (now Thales Computers), DY4 / Ixthos (now part of Curtiss-Wright Embedded Systems), and most recently at SKY Computers.

A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Martino holds a BSEE from Northeastern University.
