Polyrack, a German manufacturer of electronic and microcomputer packaging systems, announced plans to open its first U.S. facility in Highland Corporate Park, Cumberland, Rhode Island. Polyrack North American Corp. is building a 15,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility that is to break ground in early 2007. The company expects to be in operation by winter 2007. Polyrack North America is part of the German-based Polyrack Tech Group, an electronics manufacturer that specializes in electronic packing systems, plastics technology and surface finishing.
