In this role, Seaman will align VMware healthcare solutions and technology strategy to support government healthcare initiatives for the VMware public sector team, who help federal, state, local and education organizations solve complex challenges through the application of virtualization and cloud computing. Seaman joins VMware from the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he served as the Assistant Deputy Director, Chief Information Officer (ADCIO). He brings more than 28 years of accomplishments in healthcare, information technology, acquisition, warfighter operations, the intelligence community (IC), research and development, transportation and distribution, and lifecycle budget execution.
