Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Acquires Douglas Equipment Ltd.

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company announced that it has acquired the assets of Douglas Equipment Ltd. for approximately $20 million in cash. Douglas, a leading supplier of aviation support vehicles, will become part of Curtiss-Wright’s Flow Control Segment.

It is another example of bringing our highly engineered products to market that will deliver profound, differentiating value to our customers.”

Founded in 1947, Douglas is a leading supplier of commercial aviation ground support vehicles, including a range of towbarless and conventional aircraft tractors and runway friction measuring devices.
