Positronic offers a variety of rugged composite circular connector products. These circular connectors are suitable for high reliability applications. Many accessories and options are available and include straight and right angle PCB mount, environmental sealing, EMI shielding, and signal, power, coax, and thermocouple contacts.
Positronic announces the release of a new circular connector, the “Baby King Cobra”. This new product is a miniature version of the King Cobra circular connector line.
The Baby King Cobra is available with three size 20 or six size 20 contacts. Contacts are rated at 7.5 amperes nominal. Working voltages to 250V r.m.s are available. The major diameter of the connector is only 20 mm.
The Baby King Cobra has an environmental rating of IP65. The connector can be supplied with a discrete hood or an overmolded hood. A screw-on dust cover option is offered. Cable-to-panel mount or in-line cable-to-cable configurations are standard options.
