Multi-million dollar fines, criminal charges, lost business – all of these are the side effects of non-compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). New reforms coming out of the Obama Administration are gradually loosening those controls, beginning with non-combat related aircraft and commercial satellite related items.
