Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Asset Tracking (www.GAORFIDAssetTracking.com) recommends its smart 433MHz active key fob RFID tag (GAO124014) which is especially designed for applications where door or safe keys need to be tracked. It is widely used in institutions such as hospitals and government institutions, and it is also deployed in personnel tracking, vehicle tracking or identification. Its rugged durable design allows it to be used in harsh industrial environments or construction sites.

GAO’s 433MHz key fob RFID tag provides configurable settings including Site/Vendor ID, Tag ID and Transmission Repetition Interval and transmits an RF signal at pre-set time-intervals. The tag also operates in silent mode with transmission only occurring upon the press of the button. Each button press transaction will either be logged when out of range of an RFID reader or reported immediately when within read range.
